ezSTOW products are meticulously manufactured to last a lifetime. We offer a limited warranty for manufacturer’s defects such as broken hardware and construction malfunctions such as stitching coming apart.

In the case of a manufacturer’s defect, ezSTOW will repair your product free of charge. You simply pay a $10 shipping fee. Email us at info@shopezstow.com with any questions.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
